Why do i have to captcha my outgoing mail to my own yahoo group im moderator on??? its getting frustrating. ?

I am moderator of a yahoo group but I still have to captcha every time i send a mail to the group. what the heck is going on. Over kill on this spam guard. but yet yahoo still let tons TONS of spam in my inbox despite all my efforts to stop it
