Why is he playing stupid internet games....?

Me and this guy had a sort of heated conversation about our "friendship" was going.He basically told me I was cool and we can go out but hes not looking for a relationship, and I had asked him abut a party he was going to that was listed on facebook.and the next morning he's on facebook and deletes these pictures of him and these girls that were on his facebook, where a friend captioned him 'as a pimp'. And plus I know that before he added me as a friend he deleted content which had him sending hugs/ kisses to some ogfhis "lady friends" on facebook..Any explanation?
