What is the name of the book with a girl named Hannah...?

I read this book a few years ago for school and don't remember the name of it. It was a really good book. Set in 1918, during the flu epidemic. She had two sisters, and there was something to do with a man named Claus (sp). Her aunt was a doctor? I don't remember a whole lot, but I'd like to rediscover it.
