Im pretty sure I have pearly penile papules?

Im pretty sur e I have it because the white bumps look the same as the other one and I have never had so it cant be a STD the pearly penile papules make my very sensitive almost to the point where its painfull to wash my (I just got out of the shower I was shaking because it hurt so bad) now I wanna know is there away I can get rid of them or at least make them less sensitive with out me going to the doctor I wanna do this because I am 15 and its going to be weird if my mom and Dad find out or my friends find out.
