no because you aren't asking WHY those people are from the ghetto and doing negative things with there lives. you should start by doing that instead of just stopping there. why are minorities the majority of people in the ghetto? because of oppression. a lot of them are just born in environments where they are told they'll amount to nothing. please don't try to understand race when you obviously know nothing about it. -_-
