Am I Doing Enough To Lose 1 Pound A Week?

I attend Weight Watchers. They have scientists developing their eating plans. And in the group I attend with people have noticed this also; that if they eat too little, they do not lose weight after the first week or two. Your diet is not well balanced. You do not have any protein until very late in the day. The best time to have protein is in the morning. But you really need some lean meat or an egg at lunch.
