So im positive i have genital warts should i tell the guy i slept with?

I didnt know at the time we havent talked for a month. but hes not gonna take it well hes so dumb tho hes slept with hundreds im sure he said he lost track so... im suprised he hasnt gotten them, he never went to a doc he said. i know who i got them from its rly sad, he told me his ex had cervical cancer so the doc said he had it cuz they didnt use condoms and so i thought it would be fine to use condoms with him wrong! we always used a condom and i got these bumps and they havent gone away for 7 mos now not good. anyway should i tell this guy who probably already has something?
