Is there any way I can visit the osteopath on the NHS?

I have to go to the osteopath regularly for a number of problems (i'm on old crock!) but I can't seem to find how I can get it on the NHS. But's a problem I'm going to have to live with for the rest of my life and if I keep having to go at least once a month until I'm, I don't know, say 80 - that'll cost me �23000 at �33 a visit! and at the moment I'm needing to go once a week so it adds up. Any clues as to a way of getting it for free? it's a necessity to my health - oh and private health care won't cover it as it's an 'old' problem.
