Is it true that Brotha Lynch Hung killed his girlfriend and then ate some of her insides?

I've looked it up online and found somethings that said he did it and that she had fair warning because he had "rapped" about it and that he did prison time for it. BUT...it isn't on his wiki page. What's the truth?
