Hugh Laurie - House. Which episode am I up to.?

I've just watch the one where he lectures a student cl room on 3 people who have leg problems. One of which it turns out is himself. We dicover how his wife asked for the operation which saved his life while House was in a coma. I want to watch more, but I have no clue which episode and series this is. Thanks
