Does anyone remeber that old skittle commercial with the girl and the sun?

At least I thought I was a skittles commercial. It started on a beach with the sun going down, only to suddenly rise back up via a girl holding a yellow candy (I presume a Skittle) who then proseeds to dance the sun all over the sky... I KNOW this commercial existed, but i can find litteraly no record of it. Does anyone remember this? it was on in the late 90's or early 2000's. Please verify... thanks..
